BFC Series Exercise classes
The BFC Series (Becoming Fit at Church) Exercise program is designed to help participants improve strength and fitness which allows them to not only function better on a daily basis, but also to be able to serve in a greater capacity, as we are called to do by our gracious and ever-loving God.Come join us in the Parlor for fun, fellowship and exercise too! All classes use a variety of equipment, and exercises are modified to accommodate each participant. Classes run regularly throughout fall, winter and spring. Evening class schedules during Lent and summer are modified. Click here for the current schedule.
Drop-in to any class – any time, or register for evening classes through the Lay Academy. Suggested donation for drop-in is $3.00 per class. Daytime donations go to community service. Evening donations go to the new Health and Wellness Ministry. Lay Academy registration of $10 per four/five week session goes to purchase new equipment.
