Our Music Ministry offers a
variety of opportunities for you to develop your musical talents. We
have a choir that is suited just for you. Browse through the
following links to find your niche. All of our singing groups are open
without any auditions necessary. Trinity has always had a strong
Music Ministry and we look forward to your becoming a part of this
great heritage.
Trinity offers a wide range of
musical opportunities to its musicians:
Very "live" acoustical space in our sanctuary.
Casavant pipe organ installed in 1999: Three
manuals, 60 ranks, 42 stops
Chapel Austin pipe organ installed 1964: Two
manuals, 4 ranks
Three grand pianos including 7-foot Steinway in
the sanctuary
Yamaha S90 synthesizer
5-octave set of Schulmerich handbells
4-octave set of Malmark handchimes
Set of Orff instruments
Three Timpani
One full-time and two part-time professional
musicians on staff plus many volunteer leaders
Music budget allows for hiring of professional
instrumentalists (orchestra, brass ensemble, string quartet, etc.)
several times each year.
Chancel
Choir
The Chancel Choir is the flagship music
organization of the church averaging 45 members. Trinity invites
adults and college students to join the choir and offers many
opportunities for solos, duets and other small vocal ensembles. The
Chancel Choir sings every Sunday and also at special worship
services including the 8:00 p.m. Christmas Eve service, Ash
Wednesday, Maundy Thursday and Music Ministry Sunday. Please contact

for additional information. The group practices on Wednesdays from
7:30 – 8:45 p.m. in the choir room.
Circle of
Friends Praise Band and Worship Team
Trinity’s
Circle of Friends is the adult praise band that provides music and
worship leadership during Trinity’s Contemporary Worship Service.
SUN Service is held every Sunday at 9:45 a.m. in Moor Hall. The
Circle of Friends performs a variety of songs in styles including
Contemporary Christian, Gospel, Rock, Country and Original works.
Lisa Prasse leads the group practices each Wednesday evening in Moor
Hall.
If you are a
musician and would like to join the Circle of Friends praise band,
you are invited to join us on Sunday mornings at 9:45 a.m. in Moor
Hall at 7 p.m. on Wednesday evenings for practice. For more information call

Trinity
Ringers Trinity’s adult
handbell group is called, trinity Ringers. This is a musically
advanced group and you must be able to read music to become a
member. Trinity Ringers practice on Wednesdays, 6:15-7:15 p.m. in
the handbell room (room 218). Please contact Trinity’s Music
Director, Mark Repasky for additional information.
Upcoming events include:

College/Career Handbells Trinity’s College/Career Handbells is the perfect group to
join if you enjoy and read music and are a young adult! Handbells
practice each Sunday from 6:15-7:15 p.m., in the handbell room (Room
218). Handbell activities follow the local college schedules with a
September through April season. The group will ring five to six
times each season. Please contact Trinity’s Music Director,
Mark Repasky for additional information. A highlight of the handbell
season is Music Ministry Sunday.
Senior
Handchimes
Seniors Handchimes meet on
Thursdays 1:30-2:30 p.m. in room 218 (handbell room). We enjoy some
great fun and fellowship along with making some music together with
these beautiful instruments. In the process we get some healthy
mental and physical exercise. Ability to read music is necessary. We
hope to perform at a retirement community sometime in the fall of
2009. Joining is easy: Come to one of our rehearsals or contact
Music Director Mark Repasky.
Trinity Flutes
Trinity Flutes meet on Wednesdays,
6:15-7:15 p.m. in the choir room. If you play flute, this is the
group for you! This is an outreach music organization - you need not
be a member of the church to join, and the group presents programs
throughout the community. Contact Sue Parsons, leader of the group
at 224-7720.
