Friends of Music
Mission Statement
Friends of Music provides additional financial support to the music ministry of Trinity United Methodist Church to enhance worship and engage the broader community. This support includes, but is not limited to, engaging professional musicians as teachers, performers, and clinicians.
In its work, Friends of Music responds as much as possible to Paul’s educational, spiritual, and doxological mandate to the Church in Colossae: “Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly; teach and admonish one another in all wisdom; and with gratitude in your hearts sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs to God. “ (Colossians 3:16, NRSV)
Friends of Music relies on your financial and moral support. Your gifts help to enrich the worship life of Trinity United Methodist and to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ to the community through music and the other arts.
