We (Young Adults) are a mixed group of singles, engaged-to-be-marrieds, marrieds, professionals, students, etc. Our emphasis is on building community through study, service, and social activities.
A Bible Study meets each week on Tuesday evening at 7:30 p.m. in the church library. Topics range from a study of specific books of the Bible, to discussions about our relationship to God and book studies. These studies are stand-alone topics, and we welcome individuals to join at any time.
Service opportunities take this group out of the church building and have included a partnership working with the Fuller Center, serving meals at the Shelter, and participating in other service opportunities such as Trinity’s Day of Service. This group also is very active in the many other Service and Outreach Ministries of the Church.
Fellowship and Social Activities!!
One of the great things about this time of life is the freedom to have a great time with good friends. Past activities have included impromptu meals together, bowling, community activities, and gatherings at members’ homes, especially for holidays and sporting events.
A pot-luck dinner is held bimonthly or quarterly in the home of a church member. This provides an opportunity to build relationships and plan new studies or activities.
All of the above events are announced through email, the monthly Tidings newsletter, the weekly church bulletin, Trending at Trinity, and social media. Please contact Susan Bowers at email@example.com for more information.
